Architects Act (Chapter 12)

The Architects (Investigation Committees) Rules 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Architects Act, the Board of Architects, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, hereby makes the following Rules:

Rule 1 -
Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Architects (Investigation committees) (Revocation) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2005.
